Rabbits are cute little animals which are cuddly, have red eyes, big ears and white, black, gray or brown fur, right? The ones with white fur are dominant over the ones with black fur. They have excellent hearing abilities and are very agile, quick and they hop to stroll around. But the question is, are all rabbits which are known to us small and cute?
Well, here’s one of many breeds of rabbit which is going to make you astoundingly bewildered. It’s called the Giant Flemish.
The giant Flemish rabbit is considered to be the largest breed of the rabbits and is the largest amid all the species known. The giant Flemish was originated in Belgium in the 16th century and was imported into England in the 19th century and was exported from Belgian cities and England to America for interbreeding with other breeds and to do research on it.
Nowadays, it is one of the most famous breeds of rabbit because of its exceptional huge size among other breeds of rabbit. Plus, it is very adorable, cuddly and comes in many different colours.
Another very large breed of rabbit which was originally bred just for the meeting is the Continental Giant Rabbit. This breed of rabbit is also known by the name of German Giant. The continental giant was first bred in the late 19th century and it is said that it could have descended from the Flemish giant (the aforementioned breed of rabbit).
